11-Ton hvac lifting rig

This jig is used to lift large commercial HVAC systems off and on of Stadler rail vehicles.  It is designed to be used with a gantry crane.  

Repairing a faulty HVAC unit on the roof of a vehicle can be timely.  It is difficult to service a unit wearing fall protection, carrying tools and supplies up ladders.  Quickly swapping a HVAC with a functional one reduces the entire vehicles down time.  Then when time permits the unit can be serviced and placed back in the stockroom to be reissued the next time a unit fails.
