Dip stick cam lock

This simple cam lock assembly prevents dip sticks from being ejected form tube. For use with Cummins QSM11 Diesel engines. The device base is welded to the tube and a catch is threaded into the handle on top.

This issue can lead to engine shut-down in the field. Oil slosh as a vehicle tracks down the rail can reduce the level to the point that the low oil sensor is activated. This delay in service can lead to expensive penalties and lost revenue.
